Micromodular running on batteries?

What's the current draw on the Micro. My multimeter is bust. Does anyone know? I want to run the thing on batteries!

Hmm .. I know of some folks that were carrying micro modulars speakers and amps around while walking - so that'll have been on batteries ... they wont last too long probably ... but you can always get a bigger one I guess.

I've been playing around with this idea.

A while back I partied with a bunch of people riding around on bicycles with a battery powered sound system.

Their setup was a car battery with some sort of voltage step-down to let them plug in devices with regular plugs. I didn't look at all the details.

The good thing about car batteries is the amount of juice they put out. The bad thing about car batteries is lugging them around in a backpack seems like a no-go Laughing

I use eneloop pedal juice to power NMM. It can last around 2 hours. You need the provided cable to reverse polarity.
