I would like to know how many of you would buy a pcb of the drum voices from my modular drum machine (http://electro-music.com/forum/topic-52786.html) at 10 a board? it would be 4 voices. 2 of them would have pitch bend envelopes.

Any interested parties?

edit:
I will also be providing kits, im thinking at $25. The kit includes all resistors, capacitors, diodes, IC and socket.
Enclosure, Wire, Pots, jacks and other connectors are not supplied, as these are usually up to the preference of the builder, depending on if the module will go in a modular system with banana, 1/4" or what have you...

Here is the shop page...!

Yep, the nice thing about twin t drums is that they are velocity sensitive so the more voltage a pulse has, the louder the drum will be.

So how far down theline is this? i.e. is pcbdesigned and ready to go sort of thing?

If so, id also suggest posting inmain diy forum here and at muffwigglers to get more people on board. not hassling you at all.

The board is designed. I need to get a prototype made to make sure everything is good on it.

EDIT: Once I do that, I will start taking orders at $10 a board. Shipping shouldn't be too much a the board should fit into a common envelope. It's about 2 inches squared. very small.

The features are 2 drums with pitch and decay, and 2 Synth drums with pitch, decay, pitch bend decay and pitch bend depth.
so that is a total of 4 drums. I'll need to test the board at various voltages, but I don't fore see any issues over the normal cmos range.

I love to see all this response for your drums pcb psy! I'm more of a breadboarder than a builder so I'll pass, but as you can see the demand is overwhelming... nice job!

Laughing ! This is a so worthy project. Looking forward to "Taking Orders" news.

I haven't been building lately (except for my guitar amp) and a drum /noisemaker/beat generator is easily on my to do list.
