I read some complaints about interoperability with MIDI apps such as StepPolyArp - this in the PPG thread in the IOS forum. There may have been some other bugs that slip my mind at the moment.
Otherwise, the app looks promising. _________________ Current and recent work on Soundcloud

A manual
read it too now, some very interesting ideas in that app, and the user interface is clear too from the manual, and it looks good.
Still I'm happy now I didn't impulse buy it ... it is a keyboard app and a limited synth model, even if having some unique features, it wouldn't work for me.
Now this may sound as a rationale to not publish manuals .. but I'm sure I would have spawned some negativism after an impulse buy ... while now I can say that it really looks like a very nice app, well thought out, but just not the thing for me.
I'm not a keyboard player and want synths to be more autonomous for the things I'm into.
I could still send it MIDI I guess, the MIDI implementation looked like useful to me from the manual.
Is it possible to script apps like this from say ... Lemur? _________________ Jan

Well, yes... good observations..
It is a keyboard synth app.. and it begs for a proper keyboard. It is also NOT a Wave and NOT a Wave/Waveterm combo. As Scot said , it is possible to get some Wave work out of it. It will do that pretty well. It can however not be played live the way one would play a proper Wave 2.3. I don't see that as a problem. The Wavegenerator has its own personality. _________________ A Charity Pantomime in aid of Paranoid Schizophrenics descended into chaos yesterday when someone shouted, "He's behind you!"

Jan, I guess you haven't discovered the WaveGenerator's ability to take any photograph and turn it into PPG music?
