“Shadow of Venus”

Here is a little G2 synth music piece inspired by the very rare Venus transit of the Sun that I was fortunate enough to witness on the afternoon of 5JUN2012.

I looked up at the Sun, and the Shadow of Venus fell directly into my eyes that day…

This perf features an 8 stage by 3 row Klee style sequencer in Slot A (modified by adding a Variation Sequencer) driving 3 monophonic synths in Slots B, C, and D.

Lovely sounds, very liquid and quite un-G2 like.

Smile

This is a very nice automatic track! Smile

Also, I love to watch the shift register leds light on and off in the editor as it plays.

Don't know how I missed this. Nice aesthetic in the patching.
