Hi there.

I've been playing around with the WSG Odd Filter as a stand-alone circuit (yes, I have had problems with hum, but it's on a breadboard, no screening etc etc). I have been trying to identify the exact filter architecture used here. Ray Wilson just says that it's a high Q lowpass filter, but gives no other info. I'd like to be able to calculate the (theoretical) fc and Q for the circuit, but I can't find an exact match in the literature (e.g. TI's SLOA049A and SLOA088). It looks like it's a MFB filter, but I can't quite identify a proper match.

Does anyone know which type it is, or can anyone supply the relevant equations for fc and Q? If this has already been discussed, just give me a link to the appropriate page, but I couldn't find anything on this web site.

Many thanks,

Gary
