The last mention I read on this said, "My friend's standard Etherwave was behaving just as described in this thread. We discovered that diode D1 was dead conducting both ways. Now it's working again."(http://forum.moogmusic.com/topic-7370.html)

I'm pretty sure this is not the problem in my case, but then again, I haven't even touched my multimeter in years before last week.

Has anyone else had this trouble, or know of the most common areas to check without frying myself? Confused
