If the headphone output is stereo, doesnt it mean it could allow two "cv outs"?

Yes Exclamation Cool

See the second post by avantronica on page 2 of this topic for an example of how to patch the two CV signals.

Hi all
As far as I understand, the NMG2 Engine's headphones output also DC-capable and I can use them as CV outs?

Hello,

I now have the CV sequencer patch in my NM-Key. Everything works, except that the CV and gate signals are inverted.
How can I solve the problem?

Thanks and regards Timo

The level converter module has an invert function that can be used to correct the polarity.

The headphone outs passing DC is true for the full Nord Modular line and I find this very funny in a way. Headphones are the one device that can be easily destroyed by DC voltages. Strange they chose to let it pass DC and not the main outs.

Amazing that this is true… but very fortunate for those that could use the vast power of the Nord Modular patches to output CV signals to control external gear Very Happy
