Hi!
I have recently read an article about the Buchla Music Easel
this synth has a Program Cards (user-defined presets using resistors)

it is possible, in your opinion, do an implementation of this type also on the SL?

I don't know exactly how the patch card on the music-easel works, but I do think it's possible.

The connections between the synth modules are easy, just connect the patch points with your slot connector (or connector of your choice) and they get connected with jumpers on your 'patch-card'. (add attenuators with resistors/trimpots of you need to)

If you want to controll other parameters too is a bit more complicated.
if the pot is provides a control voltage to a summing mixer, you can just add a cv to that mixer with a voltage divider (again, resistor or trimpot) and a resistor.

for other parameters you would have to wire up resistors/trimpots the patch card in parallel to the potentiometers. don't forget that the pots will behave differently. (lower resistance than otherwise possible , or even changed taper...)
