I'm looking to find someone that has possibly 1hr per week to teach analog synthesis to me.
We can do skype/paypal if your not in NYC. I am preferring it that you own and use an Andromeda A6, HOWEVER, it doesnt need to be. I need a tutor on creating programs from an initialized patch.
I would like to cover different ideas, tricks, MO's on creating;
Basses,
Pads,
stabs,
leads, etc etc.
I am quite serious if your wondering. It's been very difficult finding someone as I don't know anyone with this skill set. Get at me asap, love to hear from you.
Possibly you have knowledge of someone that would Knows someone that could point me in the right direction? That could be easily just as helpful. Please write me at djchrismillerbrooklynny@gmail.com I will be polite courteous and respectful.
Thanks so Much!

Here is an excellent andy tutorial site you might find helpful -

http://gstormelectronica.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/alesis-andromeda-tutorial-01.html

It a pretty complex beast and you learn every time you tweak but but if you search for basic synthesis on basses and pads ect then these skills will transfer to the Andy - best advice is create a defult patch with all the mods turned off and just start there.

Andy is amazing for suprising you when you tweek - so tweek and save.

Even use other patches as starting points to work from is helpful.

I find saving multiple version of patches useful as everytime you change setting can make a massive difference and sometimes you might go a little to far and loose the magic. If you save as you go and u loose it just go back to last version ect.

Have you seen the andy quickstart tips pdf some useful info there too?

Of course if you do get a tutor I love to hear some tips too - hah

Goodluck
