This is almost the SchmitzBits schematic but I didn't have a log pot for resonance so the sample is with a linear resonance pot.

Eagle files and a panel layout here: https://github.com/jbeuckm/MS20-VCF

Because of the LEDs, I noticed that I can make the filter self oscillate at very low frequencies UNTIL I plug a cable into the output - then the lights go dark. I wonder if an output buffer would help maintain whatever is going on there when audio is connected?

You can use an LM4250 instead Smile
You just need to change two resistor values.
See all in here:
http://m.bareille.free.fr/modular1/vcf_polivoks/vcf_polivoks.htm

And to this scheme there are also small mods, maybe consider doing them as well Smile

You can read all about it here:

Thanks again for your hard work!

Does anyone know where to get an Eagle library for the LM4250? I'm working on Polyvoks Smile

Update: I found the package here: https://github.com/pichenettes/shruthi-1/blob/master/shruthi/hardware_design/pcb/Shruthi-Analog-Polivoks-v01.sch
