Hello

I make noise machines and stuff.
I came here to look for inspiration.

This is my latest creation (in the making):

Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen.

Its two atari punk consoles (based on the vibrati punk console variant) with two 567 modulators and a simple mixing circuit. Lots of triggers and external mods to it. I didn't breadboard (I'm brave/stupid).

Wish me luck!

Howdy, Bob. welcome

That's a fascinating graphic. Have you made one of these. Looks like you don't need inspiration; you are providing it. Wink

Heh, thanks..

No, havn't made this one yet.. purely theoretical design, made from verified schematics, so it should work. Will post an update when I get the pcbs and build one.

welcome party!

yeah, that's a nice PCB design, quite the opposite of what I usually try to do. Are you using KiCad ?

also, I would be interested in a schematic.

Thanks for the schematic, now I understand why all those 100nF caps are there, seemed to be a bit too many and
in odd places to be just decoupling caps. Also reminds me that I still have some LM567's to play with, those things
can make some harsh noises Twisted Evil . You might like the NANDulator.

Had a very quick look at your blog, looks interesting, I'll check it out later.

Very cool! I'm brand new to the forum (joined awhile ago, but didn't look around) and already I'm finding inspiration and resources I didn't know about! Thanks for sharing your awesome work, Bob!
