Hi Guys,
I'll breadboard this when i get home, but I'm thinking of building an LED alternate fading circuit by combining the two attached circuits.

I built the alternate flasher a while ago. It works ok except at faster rates, where the upper LED is much dimmer than the lower. (I can probably work out some transistor action to drive them?)

Anyway, I'm wondering about integrating the alternate flashing circuit with the triangle wave form generator. In doing this, rather than be a hard "on" "off", the LED brightness should just increase with the voltage ramp provided by the triangle wave, shouldn't it? (essentially, that's what the first oscillator in a Dub Siren does, if I understand it).

I'll breadboard it when I get home, just looking how to tweak the circuit. I want to actually use the voltages to alternately drive a basic VCA. So it would be like 2 "siren" effect--two voices that alternately ramp up and down. Thanks, sorry for the newb questions! Also, I pinched these circuits from the web. Not my design or idea
