Here's a reverse delay, at the request of tombola.

(I don't know how other FX boxes handle this, but here's my take on the subject.)

The controls are self-explanatory, except the SENS module which is necessary so that the circuit "knows" the arrival of a new audio impulse in order to position the reversed slapback correctly.

If the audio signal is too busy or complex, this function may not work as desired, and can be deactivated by switching the module off or turning down the sensitivity. The slapbacks will still be reversed but they will not be in the correct place rhythmically. Experiment.

I did this at home on the demo software. Hope it works the same on the hardware. (I'll try it out myself tomorrow.)

best,
tim

Still no reactions??? I would consider this to be a Hot Topic.

So,

I have no idea how this works, but...
I couldn't get this working at first it seemed. Then I noticed when using feedback the echo's alternated between "Reversed" and "Normal", so I suspect the delay is still in "Reverse Mode" until another audio in peak triggers the timing circuit?

I just split the DelayDual into it's seperate components and added another delay for the feedback path.

Now each repetition is a reversed version.

I seem to have introduced a Tick behaviour though.

Modified Delay section to have all repetitions be reversed in stead of alternating reverse and normal. (some rerouting just to enhance readability)
