... really don't know, sorry ... sometimes there are removal tools for drivers in case something went wrong, so you can start anew.
Welcome BTW _________________ Jan

Help Keystation Not Recognized |
 |
|
I haven't worked with the Keystation model, but I have and use both an Axiom 25 and an Ozonic. One thing that is important is to connect the keyboard to the computer before you start the program and preferably before you boot the computer. (With the Ozonic, which uses the Firewire PC interface rather than USB, it is necessary to connect before booting or none of the software will see the keyboard. At least give that a try: connect everything, then power up or restart the computer.
BTW, I've found MIDI-Ox an invaluable tool for troubleshooting this kind of thing. In particular, it starts up very quickly, so I have a MIDI-Ox icon on my quick-launch bar and whenever I'm getting ready to start a music session I click that and pop up it's MIDI input monitor, hit a few keys on the keyboard and verify that MIDI-Ox sees the MIDI messages, and then I know I'm ready to go. If MIDI-Ox doesn't show MIDI input, I can check connections, reboot, or whatever is needed before I wait through 3 or 4 minutes of subsystem loading in Reaper! |
