My workplace has a filter proxy that denies us access to some pages, as well as telling us why. The link above was classified as: "Provocative Attire;Sexual Materials;Gruesome Content".
I am guessing that is not completely correct for most people.

It has sub pages like
"the ladies bras"
"Blood on satan's claw"
"Dirty fan male-new and improved"
Such might trigger some algorithms ... _________________ Jan

Be warned though, it's not 100% correct. For eg, bleep and booster music is in fact by, (and you should know this being Dutch?), Tom Dissevelt. _________________ ACHTUNG!

Dick Raaijmakers (Kid Baltan) made music with Tom Dissevelt and they were doing similair experiments at the Philips Natlab around the days of the Radiophonic Workshop. I read and heard some of that work and do know it;s not the same as the radiophonic workshop.
The documentary subject is the bbc workshop, so I linked it.
I never viewed the documentary as a history lesson, just an entertaining view into the days before contemporary methods of making electronic music. And as a student of sound design it's all very inspiring to me. _________________ http://husc-sound.com |

Just a bump to add that some much sought-after (judging by 2nd hand prices) BBC Radiophonic Workshop material has just been re-released by Mute...
BBC Radiophonic Music (the one with the pink cover), The BBC Radiophonic Workshop (the one with a cover pic an EMS Synthi A sitting in the middle of a pile of junk) are both back out, along with The BBC Radiophonic Workshop - a Retrospective: a 2-disc retrospective, in celebration of the RW's 50th anniversary; with over 100 tracks, including loads of rare and previously unreleased material.
