Editor crashes on save

Attached are a performance and a patch. When I do the following (with no G2 connected):

1. Load the performance into the editor.
2. Choose 'Open To' and load the patch into slot D.
3. Choose 'Save' to save the performance.

The editor terminates, and the patch is not loaded into slot D.

Reproducible here, on win-xp sp-2.
