What's the application? Dynamic and ECM are very different mics. Are you looking for a stand-alone preamp? or something that's built into a mic? Is this for mic-level output, or line-level? Powered via phantom, battery, or custom?

I have some stuff I've built using condensors, but they are more-or-less intended for use with a portable recorder, though they've also been used on cello's into a mixing board with fair results.

One decent resource is a yahoo group "micbuilders", found here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/micbuilders/

Check the "Files" area. One in particular that I referenced, was Linkwitz's stuff in Files/Schematics.
