Stop annoying us. Consider that nobody will miss you if you don't contribute a thing.
Write about how and why you composed you pieces, on the other hand and I'll be delighted to give them a spin.
This is how it works, there is really no need to try to find out what will happen if you continue in this vein, it won't be funny. I don't think your mates will be impressed if you explain to them you were obnoxious until you were banned. _________________ Kassen |

Maybe read your PMs ... anyway ... here is a copy of what I wrote to you :
Quote: | Mrstew,
I've noticed that you are welcoming a lot of people on the forum. Now that is very friendly of you, but it is a bit strange as well as this seems to be your only contribution to the forum. So one could get the impression that it's not friendliness but rather self promotion that you are performing.
So I suggest that either you stop doing this or you remove the links to your brand from your sig. Meanwhile I'll delete all such messages, and when you go on like this I will delete your account here as well.
Thank you for reading.

Thank for your answer...
I'm not the biggest poster here, I agree, but you can't say that I posted only "disguised welcome messages", look on online music, I posted on some message, the one I have interest in...
I did this because, when I first post here, in introduction forum, I received a BIG zero message...
So I was thinking, Ummm it's sad for the newbie, what is the meaning of a welcome board, if no one say welcome to you...Thats all...Yes it gives me visibility, but gies visibility to the poster to; every post that i open i read it, so it's a TWO WAY principles...

We disagree, and I already told you what your options are. I'll add another option. The one more or less suggested by Kassen, you start contributing meaningful content to the forum and after you did so for a year or so you'll have the credits for your game of "hello" and "rock and roll".
Meanwhile I apologize for the non working PMs. _________________ Jan

Meh.
Maybe we have a language problem, or maybe an attitude problem.
It works better for all if you work with us. But I don't know if you are still here to read this. _________________ Garret: It's so retro.

Ok enough for me...
It's look like the ''power trip'' syndrome is very present here, everyone wish to have the last word...So I'm gonna say mine...
I don't wish to contribute (or start contribute) in this forum anymore, it's not in line with the way I'm seeing things, I respect yours by the way...
So you can delete my account (or burn it ), can you do the same thing to ALL MY POST TOO ? Without account, it will be hard to read the replies !!
OK so good luck to you...
''Maybe we have a language problem, or maybe an attitude problem'' I'm not sure if it was a valuable message EdisonRex.

Your reply says it all, actually. I rest my case. You don't want to work with us. Your choice, and an over reaction too.

Right, well, then that wraps it up and we can tally points.
You get extra points for people at first not realising you were trying to create links to your Myspace page. As a campaign that that was a good idea though if the aim was to do so in a believable way it was rather labour intensive for a marketing campaign.
Here your lack of experience really shows through but enthusiasm has to count for something.
You then fell back to a very immature "trolling" style which just looks extremely unprofessional and probably did your brand more harm then good. I do see you realised this -thus the deletion request.
I'm sad to have to say I have to be strict here and will have to award you only 2.5 out of 10 points for this campaign. I think this is the lowest score given so far. Normally I give some constructive advice at this stage but I think I can only recommend to you to leave things like this to the professionals and stick to song-writing for yourself. At least I hope your songs are better then your marketing, due to the lack of quality in that department I didn't hear them and doubt I ever will.
Take care,
--your audience. _________________ Kassen |

You might be right if you only take the bacterial advertising schemes into consideration. Among the viral stunts I think the DJ Magazine/Fat Phil campaign ended up at 0 points and as far as I can remember they were awarded the "being thrown screaming into the pits of hell" prize.
But, we are now talking 2008 and I´m happy to introduce to you all the new and improved electro-music.com prize for subexcellence in selfadvertising. I can assure you that the winner won´t feel a thing.
First prize:
For the sake of humanity, snipers will take down the runner-ups. _________________ A Charity Pantomime in aid of Paranoid Schizophrenics descended into chaos yesterday when someone shouted, "He's behind you!"

In case anybody is still reading this, besides entertainment, we do actually care an awful lot about the quality here. This ain't a free for all, and you should read all those stickys we post around the place.
The vast majority of y'all are wonderful and we love to facilitate your online music, and generally we like listening to it too. However, given the latest tendencies for folks to try "new" ad technology out, we (most think it is understandable), are going to increasingly come down on humans who abuse the system. The site has long had little patience for bots, and humans who act like bots, many of us think, need bigger cluebats applied to their personas.
We still think that working by our guidelines makes a better experience for all, and if you work with us, you don't get forever memorialised as someone not working with us.
This isn't a threat, nor is it meant to be threatening. It's simply a statement of how the site operates. If you have questions, by all means, PM one of the admins, or any other of the staff.
I hope this message is useful _________________ Garret: It's so retro.
