The whole patch can be broken down into 3 sub patches:

The polyphonic 'string' patch is a MIDI Keyboard to a MOTM-650 MIDI to CV converter in Poly2 ST mode. The CV and Gate from each MOTM-650 channel goes to it's own 'voice' set:
MOTM-300 VCO (except channel 4 is a MOTM-310 VCO)
MOTM-190 VCA (dual VCA so one half per each)
MOTM-800 EG
and then the VCA outputs are mixed together with two Oakley Multi-Mix mixers.

The repeating sequence patch is a Synthesizers.com Q119 sequencer in 3x8 mode controlling a MOTM-310 VCO and STG Sea Devils VCF with a little help from a MOTM-820 lag and Q130 clipper. This is mixed in with the string patch.

The output of the mixers is passed through a COTK C1670 Ensemble Generator and the output of that is passed through a COTK C1680 delay.
Near the end the C1680 delay time gets modulated with a MOTM-380 quad LFO through a Q125 processor.

That's basically it, I hope you enjoy!

John L Rice

PS - yes, the piano is not my modular nor performed by me! Wink

Beautiful track.

The repeating sequence has a wonderfully hypnotic effect. And because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't listened yet, I'll just say that the introduction of the piano is... a contrast.

Nicely put together video, too. Works very well.
