hi there!

anyone knows any good VCF schematic for the BA6110?
i can get them very cheap at a local store and looks like a really cool I.C. , seems strange that only a few designs use it.

here is the datasheet:

thanks,
ruben

The BA6110 is used as replacement for the BA662 in the x0xb0x. Other Roland circuits that use the BA662 could be cloned with the BA6110. I'll do a little search for you.

EDIT:
SH-09 Service Manual, has the circuit (please remove link if it's not allowed here!) http://manuals.fdiskc.com/tree/Roland/Roland%20SH09%20Service%20Manual.pdf
The very nice sounding VCF uses 4 BA662s

These are reputed to be nice OTAs. Not exactly a subtractive filter, as such, but I have wanted some to try for the (discontinued) Oakley Wavefolder. Tony Allgood also used them in the original Oakley VCAs and TB3030.

Curetronic has a PCB-layout of the Roland 121 replacing the 662's with 6110's;

I built that and it works great.
