If you could choose any synth to have a VST/AU version of, what would it be?

My choices would be Buchla 200, Oberheim Matrix 12, Polymoog, Arp 2500, EMS synthi, EML 101.

True, I should add Aries modular to the list. I had one and it was great when it worked.
