Subject description: What this module do?

Hi everyone!

I was looking for some patches that have the clocked pattern generator and the idea that i had is that this module works almost like an arpegiattor. Am i right or am i wrong? Rolling Eyes

It seems that the banks and patterns are already programed inside the module so the sequence of notes (patterns) are already made, and is not you that choose the sequence of notes.

Pattern and bank selection can also be controlled externaly using the blue control signal input....maybe with an lfo or with a control sequencer? Rolling Eyes

If you know more information about this module please help me cause it seems a very usefull module. Laughing
And if im wrong about the function and what this module really do please say something Wink

Bye bye

see you

In http://electro-music.com/forum/viewtopic.php?highlight=pattern+generator&t=5959 there is some info on how the module works for the G2 (Rob's contribution), for the NM classic it is essentially the same.

And yes you could see it as a sort of a sequencer, as it indeed repeats itself as long as the settings are kept the same.
