I feel frustrated... Evil or Very Mad
My home computer always crashes when playing YouTube and I've a two weeks holiday, so I'll have to wait 16 days until I can watch this... Sad

Here you go - I've uploaded the FLV version you can watch with VLC player, so both audio and video. Let me know if it went ok.

The flv looks a bit odd here ... and it seems to be an swf ...

Code:

<embed src="phpbb-files/dnbhq_144.swf" loop="1" quality="high" scale="noborder" wmode="transparent" bgcolor="#000000" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspace="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" height="" width="">
</object><br>

Great video fischek! thanks for posting.

Sorry Wout, maybe you need to re-install some codecs. Have you ever tried "media player classic" and its codecs?

I suggest you to install the K-Lite mega codec pack.

and the player

Well, the video is in FLV (flash source format) and once I tried uploading it, the site notified me it wasn't allowed. So I had a look at the list of allowed formats and saw that SWF is allowed (flash compiled format).

That's why I renamed the file from FLV to SWF so that the site would allow me to post it. I could've called it MP3 and JPG and told Wout to just rename it prior to playing it even though some players would recognize the file no matter what the extension they appear to be.

Well, I'm a school teacher which implies lots and lots of patience Smile I can wait a week or two.

About all that installing, etc... My work doesn't want to make any paperwork anymore, so all is done electronic wise now. All I have to do is: at home just log in at the site, enter your pass word and... nothing happens. So just install this and that, buy such and so, upload and upgrade all that and you will be happy! Does the computer at school has it? Yes! So I do it at work Smile

In a way it is just funny what happens in the posts here above. If I was told this 30 years ago I would laugh... Shocked No offence, BTW

Wout

The only thing I like of computers is SpellCheck often tells me: No misspellings found... Although, it can't find 'SpellCheck" Very Happy

ok I understand. The problem is that in firefox I can't touch the attachment you posted .. anyway, I added flv to the list of allowed extensions.

How do you find the JD800 compares ? There was one on ebat last week which I thought about purchasing, but I thought maybe it would be much the same kind of thing as the L2X sound wise.

Hi fischek,

I was visiting another computer the other day and was able to see the video. Very nice, indeed.

Would like to know, though, which programs you used in this demo.

I don't think the two are comparable, so I don't know how to answer the question.
