Subject description: Want to use 0.1% in the R/2R resistor ladder

Hi,

I'm going to be building two quantizers soon and I want to get 0.1% resistors for the R/2R part for better accuracy. Because they are so expensive I want to get only the ones I need but I don't really know what an R/2R resistor ladder looks like on a schematic. Which resistors should I make 0.1%?

Thank you,
Dave

The ladder resistors are the 100K/200K ones to the right of the 4042 and 4013 ICs.

You might find it cheaper just to buy several times as many 1% resistors as you need, and hand sort them. I got 30 or so 100k's matched within 0.1% (99.9k to 100.1k) out of 200.
