I would like to make this circuit on stripboard. This is actually a buffer on the input in one of the Boss pedals, with some modification, so that the signal leaving the circuit is reduced with 50% in the end. I want to mimic an amp effect loop with it. I have a Marshall Amp and that also reduces the signal with 50% before the Send on the effect loop.

On the photo below, on the left side, you can see the original buffer circuit from Boss, on the right side it is the modified design (the blue circle is the transistor).

I wondered if someone could help me convert it to stripboard design? I cannot do that myself, my knowledge is too little for that.

pretty much this. The schematic tells you what needs to be connected together so you want to have those soldered onto the same strip.
You can of course use jumpers to connect strips together which can help you out to make things more compact.
For breaking strips I'd suggest using a small drillbit but make sure that you don't get any copper material stuck between 2 strips.
A good method is to do this before soldering anything onto the board and then use one of those abrasive sponges to clean the copper side.
Also makes it easier to solder when it's cleaned.

I don't mind making a design for you when I feel a little bit less tired but this is a nice simple design to try it yourself.
You can post it here if you want someone to check it. I'd recommend diy layout creator: https://diy-fever.com/software/diylc/
I redownloaded the 1.18 version myself since it's very basic and easy to work with but you could try the newest one.
