I'm sure you have noticed, the electro-music.com server has been very slow lately. This is certainly problematic. We are working on this in two ways:

1) There is a major upgrade of the forum software we are working on. It will have more features. An especially nice thing will be that login times will be stored in the database instead of in a cookie so the forum won't get confused when you browser drops a connection. Then the unread flags will be more reliable. Performance on this version is supposed to be better to.

The upgrade will require some downtime. I'll post keep you informed.

2) We are going to move to another hosting company. I'm looking at different options right now. I want something in the USA, Linux, with 24 hour telephone support and backups. If you know of a good one, please let me know via PM.
