I honestly don't know what I did right, I pulled and resocketed all the ICs available, reset the ribbon cables, and now it works Shocked Very Happy

I've never seen a USB-to-CV converter, you'll probably have to use a MIDI-to-USB cable with a MIDI-to-CV module
