The 300K resistor seems indispensable.
It also works well with 12V.
Not installing it, simply amplify the wave without centering.

I don't think there is a DC block.
I guess the the -15V and the 300k is for center it around zero.
With +/-12V power supply, should the 300K be reduced by 10%, 20% or nothing?
