Those little computer switch boxes are very common. They have multi pole (usually more than 8 p ) 2, 3, or 4 throw rotaries. I see them at thrift store all the time for about $4.

I believe those 741s are mislabeled 3080s.

edit- Oh wait, just the top one should be a 3080.

I'm a sucker for old analog delays. The ones that took the trouble to include a compandor chip usually sound pretty decent.

3PDT switches are pretty cheap these days. I'd get one of those, a 2K2 resistor, an LED, and an LED bezel.

SAD1024's are a poor choice for guitar delays.

I'd sell the 1024's and buy an MN3205. One MN3205 = four SAD1024's as far as delay time is concerned. Plus, there are pcb's available for 3205 based ...

I would not use a multi-turn for "tune". With that one it's nice to just reach out and turn it for a nice bend.
