Yup! So the order to understand it is:

32' 16' 8' 4' 2' ....etc, where 8' is "concert pitch"

J11 is power in

J12 is power out to the various pots that need it.

Not sure what 19 was for, mine is in the basement and not convenient at the moment; I could check it out later if you need.
