I love the poly evolver from DSI. Because of the possibility with analog/digital osc and the crazy matrix to mix with G2!

Yeah, seems lot of fun...although being monophonic its architecture should ...

I'm not sure if there's a workaround for what you're trying to achieve, but

such a shame. clavia should open-source the usb driver and the editor if the g2 is discontinued.

That would be great! I'd have definitely bought a G2 rack, if such a thing existed!
It would be much more easier in a live situation, if you don't actually need the keyboard.

I start thinking that the osc string could be my best option, even if more dsp-hungry..there is clearly a lot of possibility.

Glad you like it..I forgot to say that the oscillator labeled 'Slave' has to be set to 0 Hz and it's tune mode to 'Part' if one wants to obtain that softsync kind of sound..
