Those 1k CV summing resistors should at least be 100k.
And your VCF looks a lot like Tim's http://www.jiggawoo.eclipse.co.uk/guitarhq/Circuitsnippets/simplevcf.gif |

I'd guess it's the LM13700. Those old OTAs can be a bit noisey when you're not feeding them hot signals.

I'd try swapping out the 40106 for another brand. It might just be a funky chip. I've had problems with them before.

Are you sure R18 is in place? I'd also check to make sure pin 8 is going to the clock input and not pin 9 or the end of R23.

Has there been any update on this schematic? This is a module that I'd love to have in my modular. I'd be willing to do a pcb layout when it's finished.

I'd be more worried about the harmful chemicals getting 'burned' into the sides of the oven. Thriftstores have plenty of toaster ovens on the cheap.

If you have a potentiometer hooked up like it is in the schematic you'll get audio on either pins 1 or 2. The potentiometer acts as a voltage divider so you'll be able to sweep a few octaves. The CV i ...

It needs a buffer if you want it to be a 'perfect' looking sawtooth.

Leave off the sync and sloppy sawtooth output if you just want a 1ms pulse wave. I'd suggest running it through frequency dividers for a better square.

You could also replace the VR with a current sink using a 2n3904. This will allow voltage control and you could tune the cut off frequency range quite a bit better.
I'd suggest using two more inver ... |

I doubt there is much bending you can do it with. The only things I'd suggest is adding an external input so you can use it as an amp with a guitar or something. Maybe add a feedback loop? If you're l ...
