I don´t mind using an expo converter. I´m thinking about sound quality in general. Low noise and distortion are not that big deal in a synth application, but low slew rate and most of all feedthroug ...

All these circuits are briliant. What is the reason thet the 3080 ota is seen so often?
Its hard to get/expensive. Would half a LM13700 work as well in circuits like the VCO1 or UD1?

I have a midibox cv and think its fantastic. You can build a very basic 1 or two output version, but 8cvs and 128 gate triggers are possible. It can be programmed to do almost anything with the midi d ...

timing constant (or filterfreq - also the same rc network)) is determined by a resistor and a cap. If you want very long release you can choose the biggest pot, like 10m. For attack you can use a smal ...

why is it using 3 4067?
not sure how much they can drive, but it sould be enough for 2ma LEDs and as many gates and cv pots as you want. Of course that needs diode decoupling.

If you can´t get a 5672 i´m sure most tubes will work somehow in this circuit. raising the voltage to 30v (or +-15) might help if a tube sounds like it´s broken.
