I've been letting a perfectly good Tandy M100 go to waste for a while. I've been wondering if I can remove the speaker from a Tandy M100 laptop and replace it with a headphone jack. I haven't opened it yet, but the speaker (I'm assuming) is a typical buzzer controlled by the output of a 81C55 Timer circuit. My main concern is if I will have to add/remove/replace any resistors to make this change.

Also, the Tandy M100 uses MS-BASIC, and there are very easy commands to create music. I was wondering if anyone knew about being able to convert WAV files to a BIN format like you do when loading samples into a Gameboy or NES tracker.
