hello- I have been aware of this site (and been turned on to many interesting methods and musics) for a few months. It is great- a community of like-minded experimental electronic listeners and constructors.

I have been delving deeper and deeper into musique concrete and aleatoric (Cage-ian "chance music") recently as well as mangling the circuits of thift store items.

I look forward to discussion, collaboration, and sharing work within this wonderfully esoteric commune.

Aleatoric, eh? Cool. What do you use? Hardware/Software?

TRIVIA:
A local "new music" composer here in Norway would have answered this by simply saying "Balloons"

I use keyboards and other decidedly "musical" instruments. But a large part of it atleast lately has been having long recording sessions of the sounds of various objects in my room, or things I encounter on a walk and then input these into a computer and maybe seperate these by object and cut them up often times in a random fashion, from the clip (an aleatoric element).

these can be used to form melodies and percussive tracks as well. I do the same thing when recording guitar. this method is used in my song, 'nite'.

I am also getting more involved in circuitbending---- dismantled electronics litter my room. I am interested in using them more extensively--does anyone have any information on, say the sequencing of circuitbend intruments for live performance?

One would think that the DIY and circuit bending forums within would be a good place to ask. Certainly there are a couple of approaches.
