Well, I contacted Nord USA directly and they are sending me a pair! Excellent customer service from an excellent company!

Well, I guess I spoke too soon about their wonderful customer service. It's been 3 weeks and still no rack ears despite several emails from their production manager stating that he was on it. Crying or Very sad I realize that he is doing this for free and, while I am certainly appreciative of that, I'd rather have him just direct me to someone who will sell them to me, thereby ensuring that I get them in a timely manner, than to make me sit here and wait for weeks.

Sorry, just venting.

@kvnvk - did you ever receive your rack ears?

I send some NM ears to Canada and they took about four weeks to arrive; okay, that's The Netherlands to Canada...
The guy send me a present in return, which took about seven weeks to cross the ocean! I think swimming is faster!

Just be patient...

As wout is saying - keep in mind that NordUsa is the US distributor... the rack ears might be out of stock and has to be shipped over from Sweden, depending on how it's shipped it's possible that it might take some time... unless you paid extra for a 50$ express freight Wink

nope never received the rack ears for the Rack 3 either, and I've pretty much just given up as I've sold the synth.
