Whilst planning out my binary switch sequencer tonight at work ......

( Wink - it's CURRENT name choice is "The Lunetta Translater Sequencer" )

...... I came up with the idea of triggering different modules, with the output of the typical Ken Stone / etc. Shimmer section from the Cynare drum simulator.

In other words - taking the output from the XOR'd combination and using IT to trigger other sounds, such as Bass Drums; Wood Blocks; Snares; etc.

Has anyone else ever tried this? I haven't a CLUE what type of sounds this would produce, but with the wonderful cymbal sounds that the digital logic produces, I'm imagining that it could be something quiet cool. Smile
Especially with clock speed changes in some of the clocks that are XOR'd together. Smile (As is possible with my Liquid Hihat module).

Going to try it out next week when back from vacation. If there're any cool sounds from it, I'll post them in a message. Very Happy
