3 KEYS NOT WORK on g2x

NMG2x, OS v1.40, editor v1.40, windows XP.
Sorry for my bad english
Big problem. I switch my g2x and 3 keys are dead: b3 d#4 g5
I've try to connect and reconnect midi cables, usb,switch off and on, but nothing the 3 keys are dead.
WHAT I CAN DO?
Could be a software problem? is possible try to initialaize or reset, the g2x with a combination of keys?
I haven't touch my g2x, is always on the table of my studio, always cover when i don't play, i don't smoke, no liquids on the keyboard NOTHING.

I've try: synth update and reinstall the o.s. 1.40, but...nothing!!

Sorry again i solve the problems:
here how:
I open my g2x i've touch everything, clean a little bit,and close.
now it's ok
I DON'T' KNOW WHY.

sORRY again but my problems it's here again. Sometimes 3 keys are dead, alwais the same. Maybe it's a problem with the usb, because i've try to switch off and on and open the editor and the keys are ok. but 5 minutes later, here again the problems. I don't' know why. Can anyone help me?

This sounds like a physical problem with your keyboard, not a software problem or bug.

I had a bad key once on my G2 - I opened it up and reseated the little gasket around the contact - problem solved.

always the same 3 keys?5 minutes ok, 5 minutes later stop?...mmh.
but i will try.
but for now...could it be a midi problem? the last thing i done before the problem is assign a midi channel output in ableton live.
...mmhh tomorrow i try to change the cables, then i will try to open again the chassis. thanks for now

ok you was right! I've open my g2x and try to move a little bit the keyboards. and for now it's ok.
