Any ideas for a neon sign sound?

I'm trying to reproduce the buzz form a neon light, or neon signs, or one of those blue things that burn and kills bugs in summer nights... but I get only a stupid hum sound...

Any ideas where I could start this quest from? I guess the hum + harmonics is important, but probably I guess there are some other vibrations going on in a neon light... \

Anyway, I know, odd question, but if somebody has any ideas on how to come up with one, they're welcome.
