Tonight's show is technically Episode 100 as mine and Bill's set from Kutztown planetarium last week was episode 99
So in honour of us making it to triple figures tonight will be Jez AND Rob
I'm going to make some noise and stream it to Rob and he's going to add some stuff _________________ Jez

Listening to it on the radio now - very nice - glad you did go through all that trouble then |
cheers Jan
it would never have turned out like it did if I'd been feeling well |
because listening now I realise I used the wrong input on the pt-delay, overdriving the matrix 12 lots, which I would never have done normally!! _________________ Jez

And noise. |
Thanks for uploading this - the odd bursts I got in between buffers sounded interesting _________________ Jez

I don't know anyone else doing it, but though, what the hell, it might be fun, and it was _________________ Jez

Did you need a permit?
Did you make any money?
I have thought of doing this with one or two students during one of the the periodic "student fairs" on campus. Always pressed for time by mid-semester, sadly. _________________ When the stream is deep

I was asked to do it by the organiser of the craft fair. I found out afterwards that I probably did need permission, as the city council licences 'street entertainment', though as I wasn't on the street I may have been OK.
I didn't make any money, but then I didn't really try, I just did it for fun _________________ Jez

Maybe I should. Just have to find the right places for e-music busking around here. |

Tonight I will play an other prerecorded set. I quite enjoy doing these prerecorded (and mixed) sets for many reasons, but mostly because I am currently exploring alternative tunings and it is quite hard to get it right during a live show. I am in need of a controller which can do variable pitch intervals, like a Haken or Soundboard. In time to come, maybe.
I have also been very busy lately and feeling a bit tired, so doing these things whenever I have a bit of time and energy suits me better. It will be a very subdued set this time, put together by 1 - 3 layers of improvisations. _________________ Muied Lumens Sub Forum

What about using a Theremin as a controller? |
