Hi Guys,

I have decided to actually build my Klee kit which has been sitting in a box for six years.

Does anyone know where I can buy a front panel for it?

Cheers

Andy

I have a Bridechamber MOTM format panel that I had started drilling out the holes for 1/4" jacks (it was one meant for 1/8" jacks).

I have actually had Epinasty Metalworks make me a keen copper panel based on the same layout, so I no longer need the black MOTM panel. If this sounds interesting to you, and you want to see a picture and or maybe buy it, send me a PM.....

Hi,

Thanks for the offer, I'm after 1/8" jacks though. How many have you drilled out?

Cheers

Andy

Three, main outputs too. Also saw that I had widened one of the LED holes to accomodate some bezels I have.

So probably not a good fit, I'm not sure how you'd go about reconstructing to put 1/8" jacks in....

If you're doing Euro, you should check and see if Synthcube still has any of the previous generation Euro panel sets. For a time they were available separately.

Thanks for the pointer, is this what you are talking about: http://synthcube.com/cart/klee-sequencer-full-kit-euro?search=Klee&description=true

I have the Klee kit with parts so I guess I need the $365 kit?

Yes I believe that's correct. The panel, the daugherboard (the panel PCB) and the parts necessary for the panel (pots, switches, jacks etc).

I too am considering building my klee board, that ive had in storage for ages...

Ive just cut a 4u panel for it (possibly one of the nicest panel files ive seen, which is why i went for the 4u format)

Ill take a photo in a bit, and post it up here.

Wow. I really, Really want to see that built up now -- Buchla 200 series modules always look amazing to me. (200e looks a bit too busy, though.)

People keep mentioning wiring. Im wondering if i couldnt cut a panel pcb, but i suspect all the components are going to be off different heights (ie legs from panel) so im not sure.

Need to order the panel parts and see what it all looks like.
