Can anyone identify this language and text?

I ordered a take up reel and there was a bonus 5" reel with this audio on it. It's just two women talking in what sounds like a conference room but I have no idea what they're saying and I'm very curious. Is anyone able to identify it?

German alright, bit hard to understand .. the dialect and the recording quality .. I hear some north / eastern things in it? (dialect wise)

well it is hard to understand heavy south western accent (bavaria region), i understood so far that somebody had cancer, that they will have saussages or may meat with the KRAUT, the son came to late ....

i would guess thats recorded from an older comedy-theather in television show.
