The AppleMatters Interview: Herbie Hancock



Herbie Hancock is jazz. From his early work with his mentor Miles Davis, to his later exploration into electronic sounds, the great American art form, Jazz, has been Hancock's home base. Hancock has deftly enriched traditional acoustic jazz, electronic jazz, funk, and electronica moving from one form to another with great alacrity.

It is a cute interview, but perhaps it is a bit too Apple centric and lightweight.

Anyway, ...that interview was still pretty cute, but I read this pretty good one once in DownBeat.
