hi Ruben

you might want to try some 4017 decade counter solution.

clock the 4017 whit 555 timer.
to the outputs of 4017 ad potentiometers and connect each pot to vactrol.
connect the vactrol to dualtonegenerators potentiometer.

i´m sorry i can´t draw a schematic because my computer is destroyed - but take a look at this:

just ignore the led´s and reset on step...
and connect the vactrol to "CV-OUT"
