Solyaris Yamaha DX7II 393 original patches collection |
 |
|
Hi all,
some DX7II patches I realized years ago, now available here:
http://solyaris.altervista.org/dx7.htm
you can download for free a bank of mine: alienazy.syx (see the page above) suitable for techno-psichedelic-crippled music ... and you can buy the entire bundle. Please write me for any purchasing details. Please note that at the moment I do not program DX7II and I can't give you up to date support.
Enjoy solyaris FM synth programming ...?!
giorgio

Hi Charles, all
as I just wrote to you via e-mail, I corrected my web page download link (probably a mime type error, strange, I din't detected before ...)
So, go to my page:
http://solyaris.altervista.org/dx7.htm
there you can download the alienazi.zip file, containing a .syx (SYSEX) file and a .txt (README) file.
Some notes again:
I realized these banks from 1993 to 1996 in a period of deep programming with a mac editor ... long long hours for i think hundreds of nights lost in these sounds ... Afterward I abandoned ANY synth programming because I feel now more suitable for me, to realize "soundscapes" using only guitars processing, and the reason why, you can probably understand listening my music:
http://solyaris.altervista.org
Nevertheless, DX7, even with his cold, frozen digital sounds, have some mystery behind the coldness; this is why I still posses my old DX7 that probrably will die with me ...
Back to "pragmatic communication": I sell the banks ( 39 euro), I was not too interested in exchange etc. because as I told I do no more use these sounds (but in a future .. how know ?!) and because my tastes are ... particular ...
Anyway, If you succesfully use alienazi patches,
Please let me know about any possible technical and (more interesting my side) about your feelings. I'm a bit (but not too much) curious about these:
do you experiment alienazy.syx in a VIRTUAL synth or in a real DX7 hw ?
Last but not least, if you appreciated alienazi, I'd glad to receive your feelings, pheraps to post on my web page, or also I'd glad to receive a bank programmed by you... maybe that's a reason to bring my synth out from the case
Enjoy
