Clavia Nordrack 2 is detuned by changing masterkey's patches

I have a severe problem with my Clavia Nordrack 2 synth-module:
Every time I switch my masterkeyboard to another patch, save a patch on my masterkeyboard or turn on my masterkeyboard before having turned on the Nordrack 2 the Clavia Nordrack 2 pitch is changed automatically corresponding to shift+System=br 1-9. It seems that it has got a wrong pitch mid-setting by my masterkeyboard, but the master doesn't send any pitch values in all these situations. I checked this by midi-monitoring. Clavia seems to ignore my reported problem.

Does anyone know about such problems? Is my Nordrack 2 broken?

I should mention that other devices behave absolute normally. Only the Clavia has that problem.

The NordLead sometimes boots wrongly when receiving Midi on the Midi In, so fire up the Lead before it receives any Midi from another sourse.
