If you are using Output modes ab4 and cd4, the panning is done by the mixing desk, of course. Output ab3 and cd3 isn't an option, because it will only alternate between notes played on the keyboard or Midi in.
It's all in the concept of the machine...
But there's always a work around!
Load the same Program in Slot A and Slot B, no Unison. Set Slot A to Midi channel X and Slot B to Midi channel Y (which means not the same channel Program in your sequencer Midi CC 7 of Slot A to shut down, while the same Midi CC 7 in Slot B is turned up. Here's a way to create a panning done by the NR2...

Yes, answers yes
And is it any possibility to want the 4 slots in 4 different panning ways programmed by the sequencer?
I can not believe if not...
SO I hope :9

You better believe it!
The NordLead is a over 12 years old concept, which is rather old to be sold new on the market, but an old concept. It was designed as a performance synth rather then a studio machine. It tells something about its sound
Quadraphonic (surround sound) panning is only possible on the Nord Modular Classic and the G2. (Although the planned module in the G2 was never released) The NL3, Electro and Stage have a - what I call - stereo tremolo.
So, I'm sorry, you have to do it on the mixing desk, maybe again using the same sound in different Slots.
