(In case you haven't already seen this on the Thomas Henry / Mankato list...)
*******************
Magic Smoke has ordered a whole big buncha 2K tempcos and they'll be here next week!
They are 2K 1/4W 2% 3500ppm... in case you were wondering
The prices are:
1 piece = $3.50 +shipping (see below)
2 to 5 pieces = $3.00ea +shipping
5 or more pieces = $2.75ea +shipping
Shipping for any quantity up to 10 pieces is $1.50US/Canada, $2.50 EU/UK/Australia. If you order up to 10 pieces with a Mankato PCB, then the shipping will the same as the board alone. If you need more than 10 pieces, drop us a line and we'll figure it out. As always, we take PayPal to magsmoke@gmail.com. Thanks for the bandwidth, now get back to soldering!

Hey Pehr,
The Tempcos we're selling are standard leaded parts, the same size as a 1/4W resistor. In fact, you might actually mistake them for a regular 2% resistor, except that the last color band is a dark green. What you saw in the Mankato thread was Dave Brown's VERY nice Mankato featuring surface mount tempcos from Digi-Key. He's very carefully put them on top of the 2164 chip and encased them in epoxy. Check out his Mankato info on his site, as it's a top-notch build.
