At this time, NoiseFreak might not necessarily ring a bell yet, but Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike certainly will... The brothers from Greek origin but born and raised in Belgium, spent the last years travelling across Europe and playing in some of the best clubs around. Last year they ended up back in Ibiza as residents of the White Isle’s newest clubbing sensation : Prestige Ibiza. After performing their unique DJ/MC session all summer they returned to their studio, ‘The White House’, to come up with some highly eivissa-infused productions during the wintertime.

One of these productions is the new pick of Joia Records, the Swedish top-label established in Stockholm about 5 years ago. In this short period of time they have been able to attract some of today’s biggest producers and have releases of artists like Eric Prydz, Axwell, Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso, John Dahlback, Ian Carey, Steve Lawler just to name a few. With record sales of more than 8000 copies for each release and compiled tracks on mixcd’s and dance compilations from world’s leading DJ’s and clubs, Joia is one of the leading house labels around.
Since ‘Push it!’ takes a completely different direction as Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s first release called ‘La Cocaina/Eivissa 2007’ on Bonzai Records, the brothers decided to go for a new alias to join the label of the Swedish House Mafia: NoiseFreak!

NoiseFreak ‘Push It!’ contains 2 versions. The electro-styled bigroom ‘moog abuse mix’ by Dimitri Vegas builds around a dirty bassline, switching & tweaking constantly, evolving into a “hands in the air”, dance floor-destructing break.
Like Mike’s ‘morning after dub’ is a more laid back afterclub-styled banger with a minimal approach that works perfectly and will reach a wide range of styles.

This new release will be presented on its official releaseparty in Belgium’s newest and biggest venue : Noxx Antwerp (www.noxxantwerp.be), on the event called ‘La Resistencia’ on Friday March 7th.
