I like to introduce my concept about the approach to electronic works called MUX.

Interesting, curious read. It has a definite strength of describing some things that are actually going on in the music world today (though generally underground), things that may well become more common over time.

I do think there's a notable shortcoming in this type of theorizing, namely a focus (perhaps even fixation) on sonic materials at the expense of other facets of music making (which I think are the facets that keep us making music even though the tree is suffering).

music as human interaction
music within a social space
music for people, for society

To me, "what is that music made of?" is not that interesting a question. I'm much more interested in who is making the music, for whom, in what setting, how, and for what purpose. Whether it is or isn't MUX (or whether it is or isn't music) doesn't say anything about what it does to, for or between people -- it's a potentially useful (technical?) category but I don't see that it's inherently more or less valuable than other types of music-making.

But a good read -- it touches on some of my pet themes and provoked me to respond! Response is better than apathy. Wink

Thanks for the response.
Of course I wrote this as a theoretical consideration, I have no illusion that it ever will be implemented.
